From first inquiry to final album, here's exactly what it looks like to work with us, step by step. The full Twin Flames wedding photography experience.

Booking a wedding photographer can feel like a leap, especially when you're not sure what you're actually signing up for. So here's the whole thing, start to finish. This is what it looks like to work with us, from the first message you send to the album you'll page through years from now.

1. Inquire

You reach out via my contact form here and tell us all the details of your day, and you hear back from us within 24 hours.

2. Meet & Greet

After looking over our brochure, we'll have a meet & greet to get to know each other better, answer your questions, & craft the perfect experience for you. This is also a great way for us to figure out if we're the right fit for each other, no pressure either way.

3. Contract

You sign the contract and pay a deposit. We'll schedule your engagement session if you have one, and we'll stay in touch via text, call, or zoom up until your wedding date.

4. One Month Out

One month out from your date, we'll send you a Wedding Day Questionnaire to gather all the info we need for your day, as well as an invoice for your final payment. We'll also schedule a quick phone call or video chat to go over your timeline and make sure everything's groovy for your day.

5. Wedding Day!

Your day is here! I’m there with bells on, stoked to be a part of your day. We have an amazing time and I capture all of your raw, beautiful moments for you to remember forever.

6. Photo & Video Delivery

We'll deliver your photos in 3 months or less and/or film in 6 months or less and you finally have your memories immortalized for you to enjoy. You'll also receive a sneak peek a few weeks after your day.

7. Print Shop

You'll get access to the Twin Flames Print Shop when your gallery is delivered, where you can order prints, albums, framed prints, USB stick backups, and much more.

That's it. No mystery, no runaround, just a process built to make the whole thing feel easy so you can focus on actually being present for your wedding. If this sounds like the kind of experience you want, reach out here and tell us about your day. We'll take it from there.
